A one-page project brief

Turn an idea into an outcome, an agreed scope and a check someone can perform.

Use this for a room, a website, a recording session or an event. Keep it concrete enough that two people could tell whether the work answers the same request. Text stays in this page; nothing is submitted to a server.

Five fields. One shared picture.

A completed example

Project: Bookshop display refresh.
Outcome: New titles are easy to browse while the entrance stays clear.
Scope: Display layout and furniture specification, excluding construction.
Acceptance: Walk the measured route with the approved layout and document obstructions.
Next step: Manager approves the brief before requesting comparable quotes.

This is an illustrative planning example. It is not a record of a real client project.

Make it more useful

Replace adjectives such as “premium” with observable requirements. Separate a desired outcome from a named product. If a technical or regulated decision is involved, identify who is qualified to make it.
