Reading the journal
The site does not require an account. We have not added advertising trackers or a custom analytics identifier. Hosting and security providers process the network requests needed to deliver and protect the pages.
Tools and search
The brief builder, quote comparison and search run in your browser. Their inputs are not sent by these tools to our server or saved to local storage. Refreshing or leaving the page clears unsaved entries. Copying uses the browser clipboard when you choose it.
External services
Music services, artist sites and archive sources open only when you follow their links. We do not automatically embed a third-party audio or video player. Those services apply their own privacy terms.
If you email the journal, your message and reply address are used to handle that enquiry. Do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for it.
