A useful way through
- List where flowers are needed and what each arrangement must do: table centre, handheld bouquet, entrance or backdrop. Record the required dimensions.
- Ask for a representative sample or detailed views. Check colour and texture under lighting similar to the venue’s.
- Request an itemised proposal covering quantities, containers, setup, collection and the distinction between rental and purchase.
- Confirm venue restrictions, handling and storage instructions. If reuse is part of your plan, identify where the arrangements will go afterwards.

Put it into practice
A tall centrepiece may look impressive alone but obscure guests’ view across a dining table. A representative table setup makes that practical difference visible before the full order.

Do not assume artificial flowers are allergy-free, fire-safe or environmentally preferable in every situation. Check the actual materials, venue rules and intended use.
