Check the pharmacy before the basket
FDA BeSafeRx identifies a prescription requirement, a US physical address, state-board licensing and an available state-licensed pharmacist as checks for US online pharmacies. Start from the official state-board route and match the exact pharmacy identity. A logo, review score or copy of another pharmacy’s registration is not the same check. The linked guidance is US-specific; use the relevant medicines authority for another country.
Keep the prescription question with the pharmacist
Ask the licensed pharmacist about the actual prescription and any uncertainty in the supplied product or instructions. Do not choose a substitute, change a dose or assume that an item with a similar name is interchangeable. This page offers no medicine recommendation. A website that offers prescription medicine without the appropriate prescription is not made trustworthy by promising rapid delivery or an exceptionally large discount.
Ask a complete delivery question
For the actual medicine, ask the pharmacy about the permitted delivery arrangement, handling requirements, tracking, receipt and what to do if delivery is missed or packaging seems wrong. Keep the answer with the order reference through a private route. Do not create a universal temperature or storage rule from this checklist. Delivery to the address and suitability of the medicine after transport are different questions for the pharmacy.
Protect the enquiry record
Keep only the information needed for the task and use the pharmacy’s verified secure channel. Do not upload a prescription, identity document or payment information to this site. On receipt, check the order against the pharmacy’s instructions and raise a discrepancy with it before improvising a solution. Save the actual response and next action. A tracking status does not establish authenticity, safety or a completed clinical review.
Read the drawing as text
Verify the exact pharmacy through the relevant state-board route, identify a licensed pharmacist, then ask the actual prescription’s delivery and missed-handover questions.
Work through an example
A fictional pharmacy passes an identity enquiry, but the delivery page does not explain a missed handover for the specific prescription. The buyer asks the pharmacist for the applicable procedure and keeps the answer privately with reference O1. No order is placed, medicine selected, temperature rule invented or discount validated for this example.
Illustrative example; figures, people and organisations in the worked record are fictional.

Use the result within its scope
Use current FDA and state-board information for the US, or the relevant authority elsewhere. This is an enquiry record, not medical advice, an online-pharmacy endorsement or a promise of lawful supply in every location.
