What is a barefoot running shoe?

Running with shoes was a craze that began around 10 years ago and lasted a couple of years. This grew to be very popular however faded away equally as fast as it showed up. Running barefoot or with traditional running shoes or using maximal cushioned running shoes are simply distinct.
